Domenica is a Mentor in Practical Legal Training to full time online trainees.

 

Before Leo Cussen

Prior to becoming a mentor at Leo Cussen and since 1998, Domenica worked at Victoria Legal Aid initially in the Civil Law section, then for most of her career as a family lawyer with a later emphasis on child support law. Domenica also practised as an Independent Children’s Lawyer and has been a sessional Instructor and presenter at Leo Cussen in the topic of Child Support law, and Ethics.

 

Achievements/ Special Interests

From her work as an Independent Children’s Lawyer, Domenica has a particular interest in the impact of family violence on young children’s emotional and psychological development, and in the law surrounding gender dysphoria.
