It is with deep sadness that we acknowledge the passing of Tom Poulton, who served as Chair of Leo Cussen from 2013 to 2022.
Tom began his distinguished legal career in 1971 retiring as Managing Partner at Allens Arthur Robinson (now known as Allens) in 2007.
At Leo Cussen, Tom’s wisdom and unwavering support guided the organisation through periods of significant change, growth, and challenge. His vision and leadership were pivotal in shaping our future and ensuring our continued success.
Outside his legal career, Tom was passionately committed to education, serving as Chair of Haileybury College from 2009 to 2023. His legacy of excellence, generosity, and innovation will be felt across the many communities he enriched.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to Tom’s family and all who knew him. His remarkable impact and enduring leadership will be remembered always.
