Compliance FAQs

CPD non-compliance penalties in Victoria.

The financial penalty for CPD non-compliance is $19,231 for individuals holding a practising certificate in Victoria (accurate as of March, 2024). This is based on the current penalty unit rate and the sum of 100 penalty units as stated in the VLSB CPD Policy (LPUL Update) legislative framework item 2.5.
