At Leo Cussen

Sze Lin is a Mentor in Practical Legal Training, working with trainees in the online course. She shares topic responsibility with Michael Kane for the Commercial and Corporate topic and with Stephen Fair for the Property topic, focusing on the online delivery of these topics. As part of her role, Sze Lin teaches in small group sessions with trainees in the intensive foundation skills module at the commencement of the course.

Sze Lin continues to be involved in legal practice in a city law firm assisting in property and commercial matters.

Before Leo Cussen

Sze Lin completed her Articles of Clerkship in a medium-sized commercial law firm, practising mainly in commercial leasing and tax law matters and structuring advice for high net-wealth individuals. Sze Lin developed an immigration practice in that firm before moving to a larger city law firm and practising in the commercial property division. There she acted primarily for developers in their acquisition and subdivision of land, landlords in shopping centres in relation to Commercial Leases and advised local councils generally on property matters.

Sze Lin is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and a former member of the Property Law Committee.
